Performance
Our high hardness silicon carbide ceramics achieve Vickers hardness of 25.3±1.6 GPa, making them ideal for demanding mechanical applications. The thermal conductivity reaches 160 W/m·K at room temperature, while maintaining electrical resistivity between 10⁶-10⁸ Ohm·cm. These properties make our cu silicon carbide semiconductor ceramics particularly suitable for electronic and power applications. The three-point flexural strength of 438±25 MPa combined with fracture toughness of 4.2±0.4 MPa·m^(1/2) ensures reliable performance under stress. Our materials can operate continuously at temperatures up to 1650°C, with thermal expansion coefficient of 4.63×10⁻⁶/K from room temperature to 1000°C.
Corrosion Resistance Performance
Silicon Carbide

Our silicon carbide foam ceramics and solid components demonstrate exceptional chemical resistance across various environments. Testing shows minimal corrosion rates: 0.04 mg/cm²/year in 70% HNO₃ at 100°C and 0.07 mg/cm²/year in 37% HCl at 86°C. This superior chemical stability makes our products ideal for harsh industrial applications.

The low apparent porosity (≤0.05 Vol%) ensures excellent chemical barrier properties. Our wholesale cu silicon carbide semiconductor ceramics customized solutions include special surface treatments for enhanced chemical resistance when required for specific applications.
